The only thing I have to add, is if you want to bulk up fast, you must lift the heaviest weight possible.
So experiment. Find out the max weight for which you can do only one rep. Work at 80% of that doing 4-5 reps.
Your muscles will be totally exhausted and totally broken down, but will repair, harden and you will build quickly.
Don't eat junk food. Do lots and lots of cardio.
Do remember that you must accept your body frame and type, and you will develop as nature has intended.
