No No No, if you want to gain weight and I am assuming that you want to pack on some muscle and not just gain fat you need to eat healthy stuff. You will just need to eat more of it. You will need to find out your maintenance calorie level and eat about 20% more calories every day. You will also need to hit the weights pretty hard. This is the only way to put on GOOD weight as oposed to fat.
