Dude, our bodies are designed to MOVE man. You gotta do some form of cardio-vascular exercise every day! Run, bike, swim, walk fast, jog, whatever you like. Mix it up.
The pushup / benchpress mismatch is due to the fact that your body has gotten 'used to' that activity. Pushups are a true test of overall upper body strength. Bench presses are a simulation of what you'd need to do if a car fell on top of you, a rare situation.
Exercises that move you against your own body weight are most effective. Again, our bodies are designed to MOVE, not sit in one place and push on weights.
My recommendation is that you start interval training: one or two exercises against gravity (bosu squats, pushups, pullups, wall hammies, situps), and inbetween do 10 minutes on the cardio machine. Or run 30 minutes, and then do 4-5 strength building exercises.
go for a diet plan..do lot of exercise or go for a long walk...do not eat fat content foods
