Hagandaaz pint of strawberry ice cream
Orange or Banana
Diet Coke
5 minutes of final stretching
See I put fruit in, I dont get why Im still fat!

i hope your kidding but heres a serious answer.
In order to lose more weight your gonna have to do way more cardio (that means sweating more). Also try breaking your eating habits into 6 smaller meals a day. This will keep you satisfied throughout the day as well as make it easier for your body to digest.
Walking and running are the best cardio for me.
Have you thought about low-carb? The food you're eating right now is FULL of carbohydrates and many people have a low tolerance for them.
cut off extra syrup from pancake and eggs in breakfast and french fries from the dinner.Also go for a brisk walk 3 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening 5 days a week.
Aim to reduce half Kg a week and one and half Kg a month, conceeding that U may falter at least one week in a month.

Firts of all, YOU'RE STILL EATING TOO MUCH! AND YOU BARELY DO ANY EXERCISE! Try cutting the pancakes along with the extra syrup, the bacon and the sausages. Instea of eating TWO foot longs, eat a 6 inch sub or just ONE foot long. Doritos? and French Fries with low fat ketchup? Is the low fat ketchup supposed to make up for all the calories and fat in french fries?
If you're trying to lose weight and be toned, I suggest doing 30-40 minutes of cardio at least 3-4 days a week. When a person loses weight, the weight that was lost becomes flabby beacuse it was fat mass and not muscle mass. So in order to tone your stomach area i suggest doing lots of diff. ab exercises.
In terms of eating, yes you are supposed to be eating 6 small meals a day. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner, and a light snack before bed. If you can't fit that into your schedule, I suggest eating about 1200 to 1400 calories a day. Avoid Fats, lots of carbs, basically eat healthy and you should be fine.

The calories in your breakfast is what I consume in an entire day (and then some). Your calorie intake far exceeds your calorie output.

Yes its perfect, but try to put a little more fruit punch by adding a full jack fruit instead of banana or orange, it works out that way.

Hms well when your getting food try to look at the nutritional facts try to get stuff that has 0 trans fat and 0 saturated fat which is kinda hard to find but ya those pretty much mainly add to your weight um and there is some saturated fat that's good such as from like fruits and vegetables but make sure they aren't hydrogenated and also try doing sit ups each day and not for a specific time frame just try to do like maybe 100 to start a day and build up also milk that's not skim has fat oh and try to do the sit ups without stopping um I spose that's all hope this helped!
