i get too much anger and depression. can anybody tell me what to do?

Yeah. I went through that when my exwife and I split. It was a very angry/depressing three years. I didn't know how to handle it (my life was a cake walk til then) so I started having anxiety attacks too.
I got some good meds from the Doc. Stayed on them for a year, got my **** together, stopped taking the meds and now I'm pretty normal.

first off.. i am not being funny... look into meditation..... everyone thinks you have to be setting in the floor indian style to meditate but that isnt it... there are millions of ways you can quickly self meditate.... close your eyes breath and count to 10 .. that is meditating... say OOOmmm inside your head and it can clear your thoughts... breath deep in through your mouth and slowy out your nose and concintrate ONLY ON your breathing is a wonderful calming technique... go to your happy place in the sky... or whatever like that .... you dont have to tell anyone you are trying it... but i bet it will work ... at least a tad bit. IF YOU REALLY WANT IT TO.. if you do not try and control yourself you wont. ITS all in a decision. REFUSE TO BE ANY LESS THAN HAPPY!
you need to see why you feel that way . like i use to get mad as hell at my ex b/f , then i looked inside me to see that it was because i was insecure and afraid he was going to leave me and i was a control freak , to boot . I spent alot of time alone to see the truth about everone i know and everything i felt. I found out that alot of the time before i get mad , I tell myself reasons why i should be mad, or reasons why im miserable. Now i tell myself to shut the f*ck up.
I agree with meOmy above, I tried meds for years and it was a real wrong way to go, the doctors keep me going on meds and I felt worse and worse until I bit the bullet one day and it took me 8 or 9 months to get off the stuff and I started meditating and get plenty of exercise, sometimes ya gotta push yourself to do it , but it really works and is much healthier..
take some old things and break them. vent your anger on them

You need to ask yourself if you have a serious problem for which you need help. If you decide you do, you can go into therapy. Another idea is to talk with people close to you about why you're sad or angry, and explore your feelings by writing in a journal. Walking and other physical activity is always good for blowing off steam.
