Because we don't have the same "genitals" or bottom parts between are legs..because the female have ovule that needs to be discharged from there body that is called mentruation because it builts the a "nest" inside the female body so it's ready to have a baby but when u don't have sex it just goes away and restart again also know has menstrual cycle or something.please visit for more details
