there are some small racial differences - black men tend to average at 7", white men and latinos at 6.5" and asian men at 5"

the biggest men are around 10-11" (with one or two men on record at 12 - 13") - anything longer than that is simply not true and really big ones can not get fully erect because it is too hard to pump enough blood into them
