There are plenty of drinks that contain all the vitamins. Soya drinks usually contain them. I prefare the drinks than the boring old tablets. Try find foods with the vitamins in and mix them together.
I suppose the multi vitamins are good, compared to taking all the vitamins individually. Vitamins are always good for the body. No matter what people say. I would suggest trying different ways of getting your vitamins than pills. So in a sence, There not NECCESARY because you may have a diet with the vitamins in.

well, if you have a complete diet, with all kind of vegetables and fruits (every colour), eat seaproducts twice a week. You don“t need those, but sometimes is difficult so they help.
If you are advised by a doctor then yes it is necessary. It is good to take multi-vitamins .you may not realizing but it keeps you healthy. but if you are healthy naturally and eat balance diet then you dont have to take it at all.
Unless your diet is particularly bad you don't need supplements of any kind.
If it is bad then change your diet.
