Any way this is what I have to say.The best way to loose weight without exercising is to eat 5 to 7 times a day so that you feel hungry every hour (you know what i mean -eat many times but in small quantities ,and to do so chew your food for 50 to 80 or more times which in turn will help you produce more saliva and in turn reduce the load on your stomach for digestion and the quantity of what you eat also reduces as the mind tells your body that it is enough for now) STOP do NOT TAKE A SECOND HELPING This act of chewing is the best I think along with eating in small quantities with less fat .I think this exercise is what you can do to reduce at least.
