Is there smething wrong with my balls?

This is not a joke. I felt my sack and felt 3 testicales one on the right side and a strange type of conjoined twins type of thing on the left. Does anyone know what this is on top of there head or should I go to the doctor and find out?

You may have three testicles - a recognized condition called polyorchid. You may have some swelling around the epididymis creating the 'conjoined twin' that you mentioned.
