ok you just named off 2 way diffrent things. protien is what is used to build the muscles and the creatine is used to speed up the process of building the muscles. so if you want to bulk up using creatine then you should probably use protien but if you use protien alone you dont have to have the creatine.

they are all basically the same the more protien the better so look at the labels and see which offers the most protein per serving i would go with that one. and as for creatine you can find the pills but those take longer to get into your system. i would use the shakes. i recommend one an hour before and one right after a work out. they used to think that you needed to load up on them aka drink alot for a week before it took affect but that has been proven wrong.
