Anyone here who has visible abs and is in pretty good shape?

I'm 14 and I have a six pack. I only wheigh about 89lbs. and I'm about 5' 2'' or taller. All you really have to do is tuck ups(that is when you lie on your back and then bring yourself up including your legs into a tuck position. Then, you kick out straight and hold it for a second or two.) and pike ups(witch are when you lie on your back, and bring yourself up with your legs going up straight into a pike position. Then you lower down until your a few inches from the floor and hold it for a few seconds). You should do maybe 20 of each, or more, and gradually do more.

i'm 6 feet, 149 lbs, 7.5 inches hard but lean down there, i have firm abs and butt i guess, nothing special and no six pack or bulging muscles, i am kind of wiry. what are you looking for? contact me if you're interested in having me help you....i will try
