Searching the web I found many ads for pheromones, do they actually work?

Question:
The small little bottle of pheromones for guys, supposedly to get women to notice more. From someone who has used pheromones, do they work?

Answers:
Tera is right... it's a gimmick that sounds good, so someone marketed it. Yes, pheromones are what attract a person (or animal) to another, but they won't work from a bottle for 2 reasons.
1) There is NO "universal pheromone" that will attract any and all women. Same reason pheromones attract two people, but not everyone in the same room.
2) IF you hit the off chance of finding the woman who responded to that pheromone (hopefully an animal wouldn't respond first, as they are likely animal pheromones), then she won't be attracted to YOU... it's whoever/whatever the pheromones actually came from.

Don't worry... there's a LOT of fads and frauds out there that sound good and legit and might show some "scientific evidence" to prove their point, but most of them don't work as well as they claim unless you're that one in a million.
Sorry- no, they are just one more gimmick (one of many out there) that claim to have this affect. There's no evidence to support such a claim.
haven't used them

they work for other animals, why not for humans too?
No, they don't. It's all in your head. A big marketing gimmick that looks and sounds stupid, but is working. Stupid people are buying into it.
