Since nobody has answered this yet, I'll throw in my hat. No.
The only way to increase your testosterone above what your body can make would be through artificial testosterone.
There are natural ways that you can support the testosterone that's already in your body, though. You can do heavier workouts and harder exercise to naturally boost your testosterone. You can also use a natural supplement as well, like DHEA, Tribulus Testeris, ZMA, Yohimbe, and LongJax (also called Tongkat Ali).
However, most all of those have some sort of warning on them because anytime you may have an increase in testosterone, your body may have to get used to it.
With any testosterone increase, the common effects are increased sexual energy, aggressiveness (not always the good kind), facial hair growth (in women), irritability, etc.
The #1 warning on all of them is to NOT use if you are under 18 (under 35 for women, in some cases), plus you should ask your doctor if there's a problem like heart trouble.
All that being said, it's best to ask a doctor if it would be safe for you to take/do anything to support your testosterone (whether that be a workout regiment or supplement)... just to be on the safe side.
