Problems with foreskin?
i went to the doctor because my penis head was crack dry red and had small red spots on it also my penis burnt when i pee...my doctor said the foreskin is irretating my penis head and i should be circumzied...is this really the only solution??

Find a good doctor, instead of one of those mutilating quacks. "Circumcision" is very rarely really needed. Better doctors are often needed especially in the US. The US has an inordinate number of money hungry mutilators.
Many of these "problems" are easily treated with steroid creams.

I personally (with no medical background) think it would NOT be the only solution, their always seems to be ore than one solutions in medicine that can be worked through to acheive a desired outcome. Always see a second Doctor to receive a second opinion if you are concerned or confused, the diagnosis / treatment may be somewhat different than the first opinion.

uhhh. it could be from too much materbation. or a bad lubricant like the other dude said. but it could be from not cleaning properly too
Could be many reasons...I would seek a second opinion before you get it chopped. There are very few medical conditions that really do require circumcision and can't be treated any other way.
