Why I can't gaining weight?
i'm 18 years old , 5.11" tall and i'm only 120 pounds. i eat everything. and plus i work at the mc donalds. and still i can't no gain weight. why is that?? what can i do? should i takes any vitamins or anything?/ i don't no what to do. some one help me plz..

your metabolism if faster than other peoples' making you digest food very quickly and burn calories quick. dont worry, everybody hits that point in their life where they begin to develop a keg belly... when your metabolism becomes slower over time.

but for ANYONE to gain weight...eat nuts. peanuts, cashews, w/e. fast food only generates fat. and that's not good, even for you.
and work out at the gym.
yeah, its mostly genetics, but you can do some things. you can go out and buy a good protein shake and drink that in a big glass of milk. also, try eating fried eggs, and steaks. that should help. and back to the shake, i recomend a brand called maximum protein. its made by a company called energie nutrition. you should be able to buy it at a GNC or Vitamin world, but if you cant find it, i have the website and phone #. the # is 1-800-808-8800. and the website is http://energienutrition.com . i recomended this because it adds muscle and also helps people gain weight. its got instructions on the back of the jug for weight gain. and it also tastes great.

now this is samthing i can relate too! i feel you for this porblem cause i coouldnt' gain wieght ether whan i was your age im' 19now! i tryed lots of macdonlads with big macks and lots of spechial sause and cheeese. no wieght gain for lots of moths but than i found it the dyet that helpped me. try to eat heavyr food like things that wiegh more like say potoes not just potoe chips! youd' thank their the same but not! potoes befor their chips are more heavier so eat them up in this form befor they becme chips and are lite. drinking soda in botles instand of canz will help to cause botles are heavyer than alumnum cans. thank about it! your grate and so is sate. goot luck! woot!
