14/m lumps under nipples, HELP?

i have had these since around the beggining of the seventh grade...now i am about to go into 9th grade this upcoming year and i dont really think that they are going away! PLEASEEEEEE help me, someone.

I believe that you have juvenile mastitis. It occurs at puberty. you do not say whether you are male or female.If you were female I Suppose that you would not be concerned.Therefore I assume that you are male

Mastitis of puberty is completely normal and is due to your hormone surge. It does not mean that you are changing sex.

It doe not need any treatment
It's probably nothing, happens to alot of guys apparently...
