I know a student in one of my classes that always seems to act up. His name is Big Jeffrey. One time in History, we were getting our tests back from Mr. Jenkins when Big Jeffrey saw his with a big F stamped on it. He started screaming, when I leaned over and said, "It's ok Big Jeffrey, you'll get it next time." As Mr. Jenkins started reading off the questions, he asked, "Who was President during the post-Depression era who did very little to improve economic conditions?", no one knew the answer of course. Big Jeffrey's hand shot up as he said, "HERBERT POO-VER!" and that's when it happened. Poop started powering out of his butt, spraying all over Mr. Jenkins. It was like a geyser, streams of liquid poop firing at a very high rate. It splattered all over the walls, and broke out a few windows. Everyone started running out of the classroom as it continued filling up with poop. Mr. Jenkins drowned in Big Jeffrey's sea of ****. Then Big Jeffrey died and we never heard from him again.

I would almost have to say the school was at fault here. If Big Jeffrey were still alive I think he may have had a legitimate civil liability lawsuit against the school.
