How can I lose weight fast? (At least 50-100 pounds)?


Question:
I am 17, will be 18 in like a month. I am 5'11" and between 280 to 300 pounds.
Erhm... I'm kind of lazy... (cough) so its no suprise that the pounds kind of... made there self at home...
Is there anyway to lose weight fast!? I should only be like 160 for my height and I've almost doubled that.
Please help. :(

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
If your parents have money or good insurance, gastric bypass surgery...

You're between a rock and a hard place. You can't get rid of that much weight fast. Change you life style,watch what you eat, exercise
If you lose it fast it will come right back. It didn't take over night to gain it so it will take time to lose it. You have to stick to a plan, that is the key.
its not so hard to loose the weight, just stay motivated. But what it seems to be the problem is that once people get there ideal weight they get lazy and stop working out or have problem maintaining that weight. Thats the real challange.

Oh yea and its not a good idea to get surgery. just workout and eat healthy because I have seen people get surgery and lipo and the come out with all this extra saggy nasty excessive skin. Then they need extra surgery to remove it and you may end up getting alot of scarring like that. If you work it off you body will loose pounds and your skin will adjust on the same pace so you end up looking good and not saggy with extra skin

you said it, your lazy, get off your fat a**, literally ; and go out side , i bet your pale too. a lifestyle change will make you loose 50 of those pounds fast. try just cutting back. i know this will go against what a lot of peopole will tell you but try skiping lunch. eat less for breakfast and a early dinner, ie before 5 pm. you sound like a smart kid so work out a meal plan after you start to loose some weight, try the whole 5 meals a day and jogging or powerwalking. your able to get in shape but its up to you. your making the right step first. and 180 is a perfectly good weight for 5"11. thats only 100 pounds and your there. i see more often than not it gets harder for the people to loose weight as they approach their goal because they have done almost all theyh can have done. good luck
