Well you don't have to lift weights that much to get it to show, The key is running. You need to be about 10% or less body fat for your abs to actually show so just run alot and do alot of cardio exersice. Then if u just lift wat ever weights ucan when ever u can lift it will also help. Hope you cna get that body u wont, good luck!
i did soccer since i was 6 o__O so i had abs since like
12 i guess you can try soccer but...i dunno how old you are
you could always start with 100+sit-ups a day and then
every week add 10~25 more...and healthy diet ^^b
