HELP! Will significant weight loss droop my now big, perky breasts?

I'm 25 years old and very overweight. I am currently trying to lose 50-60lbs., and am 5'10. I am going about it sensibly- eating right, cutting calories and joining a gym to introduce cardio into my daily routine, but am worried about my breasts. I have big, natural, round and perky 38DD breasts, and I fear that with losing that amount of weight, i will end up with deflated, floppy breasts with excess skin. My firm, plump breasts are my best asset, and although I should expect them to shrink, I am wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent them from getting saggy. Will losing the weight slowly (about 2lbs a week) prevent such? Will cardio alone help, or should I also do light weight training? I have also heard that tofu can improve skins elacticity. Anyone with some insight?

make sure you use light weights and exercise your pectoral muscles to keep them perky. They will shrring some. But they should still look large are your smaller frame. Good Luck!!
They will definately reduce in size, no question about that. Sounds like you are doing it correctly though and gradually. I would say size will be affected, but I doubt very much that they will sag.
You should wear a very, very good sports bra that gives a lot of support. That is what I've always heard. Lose the weight gradually, don't go on a freakishly quick celebrity diet, because losing the weight slowly will help reduce sagging and excess skin.
losing weight gradually is a great idea, congratulations on deciding this. I personally lost 40 pounds and my breasts look the same way, losing weight now is a great idea, i mean after 28 the elasticity is almost dying, but before 28 or so it is high enough to keep things in proportion. Before losing weight I was a 38D now i am a 36D. I am glad and totally cheering you on in this new life changing event. You go girl!
