PROTEIN, but don't over do it, i used to train and i look like a monster thanks to protein, how ever over doing it will stuff up you liver badly.i would know.
Don't worry, I'm 5'9" and only 128. I've been told to take protein shakes everyday, and make sure to exercise and also workout if I want to. I haven't tried it yet, but it's probably our best bet. I'm happy with who I am, but I don't seem to get many second looks from the ladies. Try eating more than usual, but don't overdo it. I got sick from trying to do that.
