i was just wondering if the amount of times i masturbate in a day affects my workouts, i mean when i jack off, am i releasing some testosterone which will in turn make me less efficient in my next workout at the gym??

Boxers aren't supposed to **** off or have sex until after the fight (once they start training). Not sure about "releasing testosterone" but it may very well cause a dip in your hormone levels (increased testosterone causes one to be edgy, angrier, etc, having an orgasm with ejaculation causes a melo feeling, calm, which would somewhat suggest a correlation.)
