I you had to be shirtless at a shore, what would make you be aware of the most self-concious?

Having very flat chest beside no man boobs, but having a gut lifeless.

or

Having no gut, but having a flabby chest beside big nipples and man breasts.

If you have to be surrounded by one of these scenarios, whihc would be smaller number embarrasing?
