I think you're going to have to just wait things out. The penis is the most sensitive part of a man's body, obviously, and once again, obviously, the head is the most sensitive part. The foreskin is the most sensitive part of the head, so when it is removed you'll probably have issues for a while, considering how recent the circumcision was.
So, in other words, you just had the most sensitive part of your body removed by way of cutting it off, why shouldn't it be sensitive?
I know this will sound crazy, but if it is swelling, take some Midol. The reason it works for women is because it is an anti-inflammatory and it calms the uterine muscles. It is also sometimes prescribed for dental surgery and tongue piercings, and as someone who has had both, I can tell you it works wonders even for that.

try puttin ice on it and just were loss shorts when possible, lose the underwear until it is not as sensitive

You better appreciate the sensitivity while it lasts.
You have probably cut off 30% of your nerve endings, so eventually, you won't feel much down there. Except when it chafes, now that it's exposed.
As you grow older, it will become more and more insensitive.

It's going to take time for the head to become de-sensitized. I mean your hood was removed, protective cover gone. Just hang in there, you'll get used to it. (and really there was no pun intended, I only meant it as a figure of speech)
Its only been 2 days. It's gonna take a while for it to go away, You need to ask your doc if there is anything you can put on it to help ease the pain.
There is antibiotic cream with pain relief available - Neosporin or store brands. If you don't wear briefs, you might buy a pair to behave like a jock strap for a few days. didn't anybody bother to tell you recovery time and behavior like they do with vasectomy??
taking vitamin C will help you heal faster. Neosporin has a pain relief formula that really numbs well. I use it on my babies ( i had three boys) when they are circ'd. If you want a more natural approach a paste of cayenne pepper (mix a small amout of olive oil and ground red pepper from the spice section in the store...spread it on and wrap with gauze...change it 2-3 times a day) will numb the area and will help it heal VERY fast and without scaring.
I got my sons circumsized when they were babys. I used pretroleum jelly everytime i changed their diapers. This is what the doctor told me to do before i went home. I know this sounds weird to you but i think you should try it. I recommend after everytime you urinate, reapply.
Sorry dude. That's what happens. In about six weeks it will be a little easier. In a few months it will be a lot better. There is really nothing to help it. Your penis has to get used to not having the skin over the head to protect it. The head will get a more rough feeling and will become less sensative. This is one of the bad side effects of geting circumsized.
Be happy thats all you are suffering from. Some men have serious problems when this is done later in life.
Wash w/ warm water, no soap. Applying petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline) liberally to raw areas. Dont wear anything tight. And take some Tylenol or motrin
I know your not telling...but I heard dudes get circumcised because it's more sexually satisfying for a man/guy. So at least by the 'sensitivity' your feeling is a good sign. And look on the bright side, how good sex will be when your better or older(if your too young for sex). When my fiance's "boys" are bugging him he usually wears boxer shorts, lets them breath. What did the doc say to do?
Surely he wouldn't have cut off your foreskin and sent you out the door on your merry way?

Sorry to say but thats what you get when you mess with nature. A guy at work got it done when he was 18 and he said it hurt for about 2 months. Sex still isn't as good as before when he was natural. The head will stop being so sensitive after about 3 months he said because the nerves in the glans start to die and the skin gets hard so you aren't as sensitive.

You will get used to with friction on your glans, mate. It's just a transition condition from fully protected glans to unprotected glans. It will get better soon.
maybe it will helps you if you wearing soft boxers like satin or silk one. and don't go commando, it's too early for your sensitive glans.
Guys talk about wearing a bandage and keeping it constrained in briefs or something so it doesn't move against clothing. It will be uncomfortable for a few weeks at least. Don't be tempted to try and masturbate or have sex for at least six weeks, maybe two months. Swelling can last six months.
