It really does. I work as navy police and sometimes we have to stand at a gate for eight hours a day in the sun and after eight hours in the heat, my undies are soaked with sweat! I have to peel them off at the end of the day. The first thing I do is shower when I get home and it helps to wear cotton undies. Underarmor undies are awesome too.
Ya, after 15 hours of roofing in the sun. Sometimes it so bad, I just shove a hose in my pants to cool off.
