no i don't think so. all those meds do is open up the blood stream a bit so that the blood can flow through faster and easier. old people's blood streams get constricted with age so their blood doesn't flow easily. when they take viagra, the blood flows fast allowing them to, well, u know, get hard (or horny) i guess. teens blood streams aren't constricted so i don't think it would have any effect.
