1 - Yes, that just is the erection cause;
2 - There is no bone in the penis but only corpora cavernosa (or spongy as you called it);
3 - Testis gets nothing to do with penis size or erections!
4 - No, sperm from the ejaculatory duct passes into the urethra (as the urine) and then comes out
1. The Spongy Tissue in the penis fills with blood.
