Lean Ripped?
Question:
I am 17, 5'11'' and 160 lbs
I lift 6 days a week
One day I work on my biceps, and chest, and the next, my back, shoulders, and triceps (I don't need any work on my legs); and abs every day.
I also run 7.5 miles every other morning before breakfast in less than an hour. And the other mornings, I bike 15 miles in an hour. (I can run a 5:15 mile; good cardio)
I have good genes and a very healthy diet

As long as your diet is good like you say, fairly fast

Dude im ripped an i dont run that much are u skinny or fat..if fat keep runnin ,..if like a rail STOP.gain weight for muscle.how long have you done this
