If he's Muslim or Jewish there's a really high probability he is circumcised. If he is American there's a 50% or greater chance.

Other than seeing it, you can use religion and location to guess. Most Muslims and Jews are circumcised for example. In addition, the United States is the last developed nation doing it to newborns, and it also varies by region. It's pretty high in the Midwest while it's as low as 14% in some West coast states.
