The average male American men (more than 18 years) height is 177 cm, which is 69.7 inches, which is approximately 5 foot - 10 inches tall. (for white males).

100 cm . the person is dwarf and can be classified as such. these people marry to the dwarf but their offspring can be tall because there are some genes which are dominant for tall.
It will vary in different races. It could be anywhere between 105 to 150 cms.
One could be short by constitution or it could be hypo- or achondroplasia resulting in dwarfism.
168 cm and below. That would be 5'6" and shorter. That's just my personal opinion.
