I have never seen it written, on the box, S,M,L,XL,XXL, or Elephant.
As far as I know they are “one size fits all” unless you go to a specialty store, like “Castle Boutique”.
I always thought they were a little tight myself, but that might be just because the designers intended for them not to slip off. I am only of average size. I guess any man that is very large, or somewhat overweight might need something bigger than the standard condom.

Most condoms are a one size fits all. There are Magnum and Large sizes, they are a few centimeters longer and a little wider. There are plain ended condoms, most with a teat end for the ejaculate. Well they fit me very tight, I think they have large ones so maybe I need those. Anyway I'm sorta short but big around.
