how can i develop my muscles(cadio, biceps,triceps)
by not weight lifting at my age of 12 ? what do i need to do ?

diamond push ups, push ups, wide push ups, sit ups, arm rotations, run alot. run 2 miles stop and do 10- 20 of each push up and sit up, then run some more.
