How can i get my left shoulder to grow as big as the right one?

Question:
I am right handed and naturally my right arm is stronger than my left, as a result of doing weights my right shoulder is bigger than my left. what can i do to get my left shoulder to be the same size as my right one while training weights?

Answers:
I understand what you mean completely. I am also right-handed and I am female, so if anyone gives you responses of adult nature, then it simply is not true. What I did was try to force myself to use the left side of my body more in everyday tasks. It may feel quite awkward at first, but you have to remember that you are sneaking in a work out for that side of your body. I would carry my gymbag or try lifting more things or moving them by making use of my left side. Also when I went to reach for things, I used my left hand instead of the right. I pretty much had to retrain and deprogram myself, but it paid off in the long run. I hope this helps!
Well... sometimes if you masturbate for a LOOONG time with your left hand it gets stuck like that.

Jk.
I don't think you can... but try asking your doctor, he may be able to help you.
whatever ur doing to strengthen ur shoulders, just keep ur mind focused and u should be able to equally have both of them work at the same time...or have a buddy spot u and find ur mistakes
