It depends because that word has so many different meanings but this is what i think the guy meant when he said it...
1.being tight could mean that you or someone is mad or angry at someone or something.
2.it could mean that something was hard or that it looked good or that it appealed to them.
3.or it could mean that someone was tight like a virgin
