Yes get it checked, you can pop into your local SHAC or GUM clinic and see someone who really understands what they are looking at, also chances are you will never see them again so it cuts down on the embarrassment factor.
It is quite possibly nothing sinister such as small sebaceous cysts ( white heads) or small build up of plaque again quite common. Do go, if its worrying you deal with it.
