You should wait for workouts until u r 17 year old otherwise it will harm your health.You should eat healthy and play outdoor games to keep your health toned up for 4 years after that goto gym.
start with small wheight and with a lot of reps the add more wheight
You should not practise body building with heavy weights before you're at least 18. Your bones are not yet formed, and they could bend.
