Whats is the workout limit for a 15y/o male?


Question:
im 15 years old and i dont know how far i should run w/o causing damage to my bones, internal organs,etc(trying to go three or two times a day, morning afternoon,night)
also wondering how heavy weights i should use,how many times i should lift(i guess lift is the right term)
and number of pushups/situps without damaging my bones, internal organs, stunning my growth,etc.(basicly without overdoing it)

i think that's something you should really ask a doctor you never know if a person online is giving the right information and you might end up hurting yourself
Dude you cant damage your self at that age with running and sit ups or push up but lifting weights can stunt your growth but everything else you can do still you get tired or get cramps

just remeber to stretch it's really important.
