Question of huge concern?

It could just be chafing from your pants or irritation from sweat. Try getting some powder like Gold Bond from the drugstore and putting it on your inner thighs and see if this does any good. If these bumps continue you might want to ask your doctor or even an older male relative about them, but my guess is they are probably nothing to worry about. Guys' legs are always hot and sweaty, especially if they're playing sports and stuff, and the skin can get irritated.
Heat rash most likely, if they don't itch. Don't rule out STD just because you're a virgin. Doctor can tell you for sure and it's worth finding out before your girlfriend is infected by close contact.
sounds like you have a few ingrown hairs. It could be caused by sweating, especially in an area such as the thigh, because (especially in the summer) it is hot, pants and shorts are chaffing, and pores can get clogged. They arent anything to worry about, you can just let them grow out or you can pull them out yourself, or you can go to the pharmacy and ask if they have ointment for ingrown hair.
either way, if you dont think that this is what it could be, you should probably inform your doctor just to make sure it is not a rash of some sort. But more than likely, that is what it is. good luck
that can be allergy, infection or, at your age hormones cause breakouts and physical changes HOWEVER you should see a doctor for anything that does not clear up within 2 weeks. Most medications available over the counter (without a prescription) are not strong enough to be effective.
Meanwhile use powder so you stay dry , keep it clean by washing wth a gentle soap a couple times a day.
( using the wrong treatment may worsen it==any medical advice should ONLY be taken from a licensed physician that has actually seen you in person- different rashes require different treatment, )
my partner always has the i think it is where the hairs get caught or pulled but it is nothing to worry about maybe try some cream or lotion hope this helps
