How to work on cardio and resperatory systems while attainment muscle?


I have be working out and taking weight gain/high protein formulas since unpunctually summer and have gone from 148 pounds to 188 pounds (mostly of muscle), but presently have trouble near respiratory and/or cardio--stamina wise, hold lost some speed and metabolism (perhaps for the best, as I am not as jumpy). How do I now seize to the respiratory (mostly) and cardio health? I hold just just this minute started on flexibility exercises, and have done all right.
My goal is to be over 200 pounds by summer (perhaps as much as 225), be toned capably, and have angelic stamina, resperation, and cardio health.
Oh, I am not sure this matter, but I am 34 (yeah, I know I waited too long to start, but better slowly than never...and if I don't get within shape now, I might never acquire to).

It's help seriously of boxers in nearby day. I don't recommend running, as soon as you start getting really beefy, running is going to be more stressful on your knees.
