do not worry, they are exhibited by many men. It is not uncommon. It is still normal. (they look like whiteheads, or even blackheads if they sort of exit through a pore.)
You dont even have to do anything, except to naturally clean your wiener. d:
I saw a case of this on a recent TV programme "Embarrassing Illnesss" on Chanel 4 - try their website as they may have details. However, the Dr said that it was completely normal and nothing to worry about - I remember them showing the patient's penis and photographs of what it looks like. If you are concerned, pop along to your GP or, ask to see the practice nurse.
squeeze them they could be whiteheads
Maybe it is smegma?
...see a Urologist !!
it would be best 2 see somebody professional about it. either the doctor or ring ur local sexual health clinic to book an apointment. its nuthin 2b embaressed about being checked out and it would be for the best for you. i go at least once a year to the sexual health clinic to b checked out. gud luk wiv it an dont eva let embaressment get in tthe well ov ur health and well being!
It might be smegma it is excreted by the foreskin and you wont have that problem once you are circumcised
vertical transmitted herpes...?? see a doc.
Dont wory i got these.
i'v see a website, forgot what its called but some people get them around their lips, these are natural moisturisers that moisturise the skin, if the skin is thin you can sometimes see them, eventually the skin thinkens and you cant see them anymore. but dont squeez them, it wont do anything, dont wory, its natural.
This sort of occurrence is common in most men and you should not worry about it .
If there were any irritation along with the spots ,I would consult my GP
It could be one of a several things, but whatever it is it's probably normal and nothing to be too worried about.
It could be smegma, which is basically dead skin cells and oils that have clumped together (link 1). Sometimes it becomes hard and crusty, and sticks to the foreskin/penis. If this is the case, soak it in water until it softens and then just wash it away. If you pull back your foreskin and wash the area underneath every time during a shower/bath with water and a mild soap, then you'll probably never see smegma again.
If it's around the glans (penis head) it could be something called pearly penile papules (link 2). These are normal and nothing to worry about. If they're whitish spots on the shaft and foreskin, then it could be Fordyce's spots (link 3), also normal and nothing to be concerned with.
Proabbly a normal Variation of the Penis.
Won't hurt or spread, not an illness.

They are called Fordyce spots and are completely normal.
If you are ever worried and do not know the answer to something i would recommed you go to your GP straight away! xx
Firslty lets clear this up, its not a illness or a wart or a STD
What you've described is:
Pearly penile papules (PPP) are tiny, white, pin-head-sized spots that can form in rows around the neck end of a your penis head (also known as the penis glands). They're commonly mistaken for a sexually transmitted infection such as genital warts, but are in fact entirely harmless. You can't pick them up or spread them. They also shouldn't itch, weep or bleed - and if they do, make sure you see your GP.
Why do I get them?
It is believed that PPPs are more common in uncircumsised men, and also men in their 20s and 30s, but this remains scientifically unproven. The fact is that no conclusive cause is known. PPP may look alarming to you, but other people are only going to notice if you make a big song and dance about it.
Is there a cure?
No treatment is required, because PPP is not hazardous to health (and under no circumstances should you attempt to remove them yourself). Even so, if you're worried in any way, don't hesitate to get checked out by your doctor or genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic. Ultimately, a clean bill of health for your bell end is the only way to guarantee peace of mind.
