Anyone know of any supplements that i can steal as a college bball player?


ok, so we practice and have games 6 days a week so its not a desperate workout, but also i get surrounded by the weight room 3 times a week during the season simply to maintain. wut products can you suggest that will create me a drop a few pounds, but increase my stamina and more muscle build than fat. Thanks. any giant rate workouts too if you know any/
