If she isn't a total b**** then she may accept it, and be okay with it, or at least inside she will accept it and feel bad.
Trust me, this should work, i got into a fight at school with my friends bf, and she was standing there watching us fight. After we both beat the crap out of each other, it turns out he broke his arm. My friend got really mad at me and didn't talk to me for like a week. You really need to tell your parents and tell the principal. That is un acceptable. Don't be scared of her, wear a cup and go near her all you want. You need to show her that you aren't scared of her. Walking near her after he threats etc wont be any fun for her and she'll stop soon. But, I do recommend wearing a cup while she gets used to you not being scared of her.
