A black dot type thing on my penis shaft.?

i got a black kinda dot thing on the shaft of my penis but its kinda got a white layer around it like a bump type thing with the tiny black dot in the middle of it. i have not had sex or oral sex i think it might be a wart from a hand job or from ym own hand lol aha? whats do u think i got here

could be a mole or a freckle

you need to get this checked ..although it could be a mole.. yes a plain ole mole..but still get it checked by your dr.. just for safty measures

Play it safe and see a doctor dont be ashamed its probaly a mole but to be sure see a doctor or ask a good friend
