Why cant i do more then 50 crunches?


Question:
I deciding about 2 3 weeks ago to start doing em so i do any where from 50-250 a day depending on how i feeel at all different times. I do 50 when i do em and im wondering when will i be able to pass 50 and increase the rep? why is my stomach so weak =/
I do a minimum of 50 every day and i dont feel anything till 25

you just need to build up stamina..
That just means your not as strong as you think, after a while you'll be able to do more.
that's because you think you cant do anymore than 50.

also yoga and Palates help alot with your core muscles if you think your abs are weak.\

You need to rest one day and then go back to it the next day to see if that helps. I think you started out with too many too soon.

Try doing 25 one day and then 50 the next and then drop back to 25 and see if you can increase to 75 the 4th day. You may just have to give yourself a break like that until your muscles firm up. After awhile you can do 200 at once without sweating. It takes time. Start slow.
