Bigger biceps?

Hey... I know going to the gym and lifting weights is the best way, but the gym in our town is really far and it's kind of a pain to get there. Is there a good way to build arm muscles at home?

I heard push-ups don't really work for the biceps... so what are some at-home techniques for bigger muscles in the arms?

Answers:
Do this 10 minute video once a day. You can do it every other day at first, though. Start off with 3 pound weights, then work your way up. You'll definitely feel the burn, but it's worth it.

lol get a job where you lift alot, like gardening... i know it sounds gay but you lift a lot of stuff. or just randomly do reps of lifting heavy stuff..

hahaha good way to get the girls though...thats hawt lol
