It's a good chance that it is a genital wart. You need to get it checked to find out if you are carrying the HPV virus. Please take this seriously, some strains of HPV can cause cervical cancer in women!
The good news is that it won't hurt you, but you need to get a doctor's help on safer sex guidelines for your particular case if you do end up having HPV.

You should have it checked, especially if it is a new growth, it migth be just a wart or something, but it could also be something more serious such as a cancerous tumor. Get checked as soon as possible to be sure
