For whom, you or the girl? For me sex is better because it is a different type of orgasm when women have sex, then just getting stimulation. For men, it is all the same, but it is the closeness and the physical contact that make it so much better, so unless you want to sit and kiss yourself and hold yourself, then you do need sex.

Actual sex with someone you love is much better than masturbation. Masturbation, however is more convenient and less troublesome.
Having sex is more fun, 'coz you hava a partner. In masturbation, you are only having sex with yourself, as in self sex. Also, you have your erotic fantasies while masturbating unlike in having sex.
