here's my routine:

every week for 6 weeks:
sunday-5 mile run with pushups and a pyramid(1 rep then 2 reps then 3 reps then 4 reps then 3 reps then2 reps 1 rep) of pullups inbetween each half mile

monday-lateral raises/front raises/back raises for all the heads of the shoulder and tricep extentions

tuesday-same as sunday

wednesday-same as monday

thursday-same as sunday

friday-same as monday

saturday-rest

I have eat a bodybuilder's diet on all of the days that I lift weights and a normal diet for the days that I run. I also drink 8 glasses of water and get 8-9 hours of sleep every single day.

if i do all this for 6 weeks, can i possible lose the 5 pounds of body fat and build sum muscle on my shoulders/triceps and possible even a little bit on my chest?

Answers:
One trick to gaining muscle bulk is to use heaver weights and less reps. To lose fat lay off of sugars (not all) and cut down on hydro-carbonates, like potato's and products made from them. Even some fruits like apples and oranges have a lot of sugar. I think one thing that built up my triceps and lats and maybe pectorals were what I called deep push-ups, I'd sit two chairs close enough together to were I could do push-ups that went below the seats of the chairs.
