well im 14 and it depends what race you are .. most asians south and east have mousatches and have hair i even know kids who shave lol at my school so it isnt a problem.

It is totally normal. Your friends are most likely jealous but its all in how you wear your facial hair, most guys don't keep thick facial hair until college, so as 13 year old, you might want to keep it shaven until you want to look older. make sure you learn how to groom yourself to look good for the ladies. my roomate had to shave every few days and he would decide to keep a mustache on one day and then a beard later that week, I was pretty jealous.

Yeah, and the other guys are just jealous since if you are growing up there, you are growing down below and maturing faster than they are. I started shaving daily at 13 because I had to, all guys are different as to the age they start shaving or even reaching puberty.
